Internet Download Manager is a downloading tool which allows its user to download the contentsover the internet by increasing the download speed up to percent. The Internet Download Manager also features a download grabber which allows the software to grab the files directly from various browsers available over the internet. The software is pre-configured to grab the files from Internet Explorer which is the default browsing platform provided by Microsoft.
These days there are lots of browsers available in the internet market which allow the users to browse at a faster speed and download files from the internet. One of the browsers is Chrome by Google. Many a times while installing Google Chrome, it does not integrate itself with the Internet Download Manager.
If the plugin is missing, the Internet Download Manager downloads the plugin from the browsers plugin store to overcome the problem by itself. However in some cases the browser integration is turned off in the settings of the Internet Download Manager. This means some settings are automatically created inside IDM while installing the software or browser, but they are not properly configured.
